Thank you for booking with Kaya Colonics Centre. Please be aware of the following important policies regarding your appointment:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: To reschedule without penalty, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We’ll be happy to assist you.
• Late Rescheduling or Cancellations: Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If you’d like to book a new appointment, you will need to do so online.
• Within 12 Hours: Any cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of your appointment will result in both the loss of your deposit and the full session fee being charged.
• Rescheduling Limit: A maximum of two reschedules is allowed per booking.
• No-Shows: Missed appointments or no-shows will incur the full session fee, which will be charged at the time of rebooking or via a separate payment request.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced, but you will still be charged the full session fee.
