How many sessions do I need?
This varies depending on your goals and health history. Some clients benefit from a few sessions, while others may require ongoing support for deeper or long-term concerns.
Do I need supplements?
Not always. We prioritise a food-first approach, with targeted supplementation recommended only when appropriate and personalised to your needs.
Is this suitable for my condition?
Clinical Nutrition can support a wide range of concerns. During your consultation, we assess your individual needs and determine the most suitable approach. If required, we may work alongside your GP or refer you to a specialist.
Can I combine this with colonics?
Yes — combining Clinical Nutrition with colonics can be highly supportive. While colonics assist with physical cleansing, nutrition helps address underlying imbalances for longer-term results.
How soon will I see results?
Some clients notice improvements within a few weeks, while deeper or more complex conditions may take longer. Our focus is on creating sustainable, long-term changes.
